Shipping Policy

1. You order: we send you a confirmation email letting you know we received your order. 
2. We process: this takes up to 3-4 business days (excluding holidays & Sat - Sun). Our business days are Monday - Friday ONLY. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Each package is processed & shipped in the order in which it was received per available stock.
3. We ship: After we fulfill your order, it is time for us to label your package and ship it out. You will automatically receive a shipment notification email as soon as we print the label out on our end.
After the processing time is complete, and we have handed the package to the delivery carrier, shipping usually takes an additional 2-5 days business days, depending on the shipping address. Please know that there is always a possibility of delay depending on the delivery service selected at checkout in addition to any unforeseen delivery delays that are out of our control (e.g. holiday shipping delays, postal carrier issues, etc.).

 

*Please Note: Unfortunately we can NOT be responsible for any lost/damaged packages once they leave our facility and are handed over to our delivery carriers.
